The first time you start up Streamliner after an OS crash, power loss, or other abnormal termination of the program, it will rebuild the database from the ground up. This is to ensure there is no file corruption resulting from the interruption.
During the restoration process, Streamliner may appear frozen or unable to start but will not display any error messages. It is simply waiting for the database to finish, which may take several minutes to complete.
