To: Edit
an Existing Customer/Trip
1) From the Main Menu, select "Query Customer Records"
2) The Customer Query Screen appears
3) Type all or a fragment of the Customer's last name into the search text box and press the F5 key on your keyboard
4) When a list of matching Customer's appears in the result list box, select the desired customer's name by using the Up and Down Arrow keys on your keyboard and press the Enter key also on your keyboard.
5) The Customer Data screen appears with all existing data for that customer. Do any customer data additions/editing here. There must be data in the Customer Last Name field for the customer to be saved, and a referral type must be entered into the How Heard About Business in order to continue onto the Trip Data field. Press the Edit Trip button to continue.
6) The Trip Data screen appears.
7) The trip associated with the customer that has the latest start date appears in the Trip Data screen. If the small "+" sign can be seen to the left of the Start Date field, more than one trip exists for that customer. To view another existing trip, make sure the cursor is in the Start Date text field and press the Page Up, Page Down, Home, or End key on your keyboard.
8) Do any adding/editing to the trip on the Trip Data field.
9) When finished, return to the Customer Query Screen by selecting the Done Button. To Print an Invoice, Reservation Confirmation or Label, see the relevant How To page.
