1) From the Main Menu, select "Query Customer Records"
2) The Customer Query Screen appears
3) To make a completely new Customer, make sure the cursor on the name search textbox and no entries are highlighted in the result list, and hit the Enter key on your keyboard.
4) The Customer Data screen then appears, with all fields blank except for State (default is MI). Enter all desired fields. Customer Last Name is a Required field, if there is no data in it, the Customer will not be saved.
5) To continue to the Trip Data screen, an Referral Type must be entered into the "How Heard About Business". Select the "Edit Trip" button on the bottom right of the customer data screen to continue.
6) The Trip Data screen appears.
7) To enter a trip for the new customer, fill in all desired fields. Trip Start and End Dates must contain a date or the trip will not be saved.
8) When all Trip Data is entered, to return to the Customer Query Screen, select the Done Button. To Print an Invoice, Reservation Confirmation or Label, see the relevant How To page.
